Bush has officially appointed 1/3 of all judges currently serving in the Federal Judiciary. The conservative judiciary, among other things, found that OBJECTIVELY, life begins at conception. Mind you, this is not something that scientists are even in agreement about, let alone the general public. If this doesn't scare you, you're not looking close enough. This is now a federal court system that is willing to ignore precedent, ignore things like substantial evidence supporting a fact finder's decision, ignore demeanor evidence of witnesses, ignore a whole slew of testimony to say that something is objectively true.
The sky could be cloudy and rainy, and the court of appeals would be able to say that, objectively, the sky is blue. This doesn't scare you?
